Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of Beaver Bow Ties, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully for individual guidelines for each item, and PLEASE don't hesitate to email if you have any questions about size and fit. If you are located in Rhode Island, I am also happy to schedule an appointment to meet in person for a fitting.

If you receive an item and it is the wrong size, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to work with you. Due to the handcrafted, limited availability and made-to-order basis of many of our bow ties, most cannot be exchanged, such as custom orders or specialty items. We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability by either placing a new order into our normal production schedule, replacing the product with a different available color or material, or offering store-credit towards a different item.
